Refund policy
We understand you may not be completely sure if a weighted blanket is right for you, that’s why we offer our 7-Day Try It Program, so you can experience the calm before committing.
For purchases, due to hygiene and product care standards, we are only able to accept returns if an item is faulty or damaged.
If your blanket arrives with any issue, you are fully protected under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA), and we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you.
To request a return, please email ada@oliviada.com with your order number.
If your return is approved, we will provide:
- Return instructions
- The correct return address
- Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method
- All returns are inspected upon arrival before refunds are issued
